        “Peace Action-Wisconsin is a peace and justice organization which works for a world where human needs are met, the environment is presented, and the threats of war and nuclear weapons have been abolished.  We are committed to non-violence as a way of life and offer our members opportunities for education, lobbying and public witness.” 

This mission statement gives a great overview of what Peace Action Wisconsin is about.  They have a location on Keefe Avenue where they sell merchandise to support their cause.  It is a great resource for the students to go and learn about what they can do to help fight for their community.
